MEET THE TEAM

Thomas E. Pickel began his career in public accounting in 1975 after graduating from Kansas State University. He has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1977. In 1982, Tom started his own firm, and has over 40 years of experience in providing tax, consulting, and accounting services for individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and small businesses. His passion is helping his clients achieve financial success and stability.

Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of Salina AMBUCS. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The First Tee of Saline County, Inc. For leisure, he enjoys traveling and golfing.

Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Tom is a Vietnam veteran and was stationed at Fort Riley where he met his wife, Phyllis. They have one daughter, Amy, and two grandsons, Cooper and Caden.

Angie Koshgarian joined the team in 2013. Angie has decades of experience providing support to accountants in all areas of tax accounting and financial statement reporting, including industry benchmark reporting.

Angie is a native Kansan, is married to Richard, and has four grown stepchildren. Her hobbies including cooking, gardening, and playing piano and pipe organ. When Angie isn’t working, she plays piano and organ at First Presbyterian Church and has been playing professionally since age 11.
